Frozen Yogurt Bark

 

2 c. Greek yogurt

2 Tbsp. honey

1 Tbsp. cranberries

1 Tbsp. raisins

Toppings:

5 fresh strawberries, chopped

1 Tbsp. dark chocolate chips

1 tsp. desiccated coconut*

Line a baking tray with foil and pour the yogurt mixture on top. Spread it depending on how thick or thin you want the bark to be (1/2” thickness is good). Sprinkle berries, chocolate chips and coconut on top; press in place and freeze 2-4 hours or until completely frozen. Remove from freezer and use a sharp knife to break bark into pieces. It can be stored in freezer in food bags. Serves 8. *Desiccated Coconut is dried, shredded (or flaked) Coconut.
