Former Dodge County Board Members Commemorated

(Juneau) Several former Dodge County board members were honored this week. Current supervisors recognized four ex-board members who wrapped up their final term this spring after years serving the county.

Allen Behl represented citizens in District 17 and District 19 between 2003 and 2022. He says it was his pleasure to serve and enjoyed his time on the board.

Jeff Berres was supervisor in District 11 from 2008 to 2012 then represented District 20 until 2022. He says it was nice working with other board members.

Russel Kottke served on the board for over two decades representing District 2. He was also county board chairman, beginning his tenure in 2004. He says it was an interesting 24-and-a-half years and hopes that everyone can work together to do great things.

Joseph Marsik, who was not at the county board meeting this week, also received commendation. He was supervisor of District 6 over the last decade and served as second vice chairman from 2018 to 2022.

Each received a certificate for their service.
