(Fond du Lac) Fond du Lac County authorities have fielded a number of vehicle break-in complaints in recent weeks. The sheriff’s office says these incidents have occurred primarily along the Winnebago Drive area, with the suspects targeting residences on dead-end and secluded streets.
Sheriff’s officials are asking the public’s help in keeping an eye out, especially in the identified problem area. Anyone who has seen a suspicious person, or captured anything on residential security cameras, is asked to contact the sheriff’s office at 920-929-3390.
The public can also leave an anonymous tip at 920-906-4777. Authorities say if you do see something or someone suspicious, do not attempt to apprehend the possible suspect.
