Fireworks, Music Highlight Final Night Of Lake Days

(Beaver Dam) There will be more than fireworks during the final day of Beaver Dam Lake Days today at Tahoe Park. The three-day event features live music, food, refreshments and, new this year, an inflatable carnival. There is a focus on children’s activities this afternoon with a petting zoo that opens up at noon and runs until 3pm.

Also at noon, there is what’s called the Superhero and Princess My Party where kids can meet their favorite fictional characters. There will be a strolling magician and balloon artist from 1:30pm to 3:30pm. Pontoon rides will again be available from 4pm to 7pm.

The Beaverland Must-Skis will host a special waterski show at 2pm. The Must-Skis are also offering a Learn To Ski Clinic this morning from 8am until noon.

Music entertainment today includes Whiskey Flats, Chances Thrown, The Jimmys, Ultimate Legends. Headlining tonight will be Metal Men who will take the stage after tonight’s fireworks, which will begin at 10:10pm.
