(Columbus) A Columbus woman has been federally charged in a murder-for-hire plot. Kelly Harper was taken into custody Friday for reportedly using the dark web in attempts to hire a hitman and pay them in bitcoin currency to kill an unnamed Sun Prairie man from late October through December. According to prosecutors, Harper had a bitcoin wallet with a value of $5,633.
