FEBRUARY 7TH: FETTUCINE ALFREDO and HERSHEY’S CHOCOLATE COMPANY

Homemade Alfredo Sauce

½ c. salted or unsalted butter

1 garlic clove, pressed

1 c. heavy cream

1 1/2 c. shredded Parmesan

1/3 c. plain yogurt

½ tsp. salt

In medium saucepan over HIGH heat, melt butter. (3 minutes). Add garlic, cream, yogurt, & salt. Whisk until mixture comes to slow boil, 5 minutes. Lower heat to MEDIUM, add cheese and whisk for 2 minutes, or until cheese is melted. Cool over LOW heat for 5 minutes; remove from heat and serve. Makes about 2 cups. Use with Spinach Alfredo Lasagna.
