Farmington High School (MN) dealt the Beaver Dam girls basketball team a rare blowout loss 75-51 at the St. Olaf Holiday Hoops Classic in Northfield, Minnesota on Tuesday afternoon. The #2 ranked team in Minnesota Class 4A led 35-23 at the break and were never challenged in the 2nd half. Junior Natalie Jens connected on four 3-pointers and led all scorers with 24 points. The loss drops the three-time defending WIAA Division 2 state champs to 8-2 on the season. Tim Chase’s squad will jump back into Badger North Conference play on Friday night when they host Sauk Prairie.
