Healthy Living with Chronic Pain is a free, 6 week workshop that meets every Thursday beginning September 29th through November 3rd from 10am-12pm. Class meets at The Watermark in Beaver Dam, WI. Are you living with pain? What if you could feel better? If living with ongoing pain is keep you from doing the things you want to do, Healthy Living with Chronic Pain can help you manage your pain. Learn new tools and techniques including: -Relaxation and breathing -Medication usage nd evaluating treatments -Quality sleep and fatigue management -Stress and depression management -Healthy Eating and Nutrition and so much more! This program does not replace existing treatments, but serves as a complement to a participant’s current medical treatment. Attendees DO NOT need to reside in Dodge County.
