With the winter season quickly approaching, many of us will be spending more of our time indoors. However, we must make sure our indoor environment is safe to reduce the risk of falls, especially as we age. With the help of Physical Therapists from Back-in-Action Rehabilitation, you can learn ways to improve your ability to feel safe and strong inside and outside your home. Learn ways to improve your ability to get around while feeling confident and well balanced.
