(Beaver Dam) The state of Wisconsin has revoked the licenses for five Beaver Dam wholesalers for failing to follow administrative requirements.
The Department of Transportation Division of Motor Vehicles determined that LB Motorsports, Top Dealers, and Jimiesautosale – all located at 1645 North Spring Street – as well as Babsho Motors and Usher Autosales – located at 822 Park Avenue – violated state law when they failed to maintain a licensed business facility.
The decision to revoke the licenses was affirmed by a hearing examiner decision on August 16th. Following a 30-day appeal period, the revocations became final on September 15th.
The state’s Transportation Department Dealer and Agent Section licenses, regulates and resolves disputes about dealership sales and warranty repairs. It also investigates complaints about odometer tampering and title fraud involving dealerships and private sellers.
