(Juneau) Dodge County Sheriff Dale Schmidt says that Tuesday night’s storms left a lot to clean up across the county. Schmidt joined the 95.3 WBEV Morning Show on Wednesday and said that trees were down all across the area. He says Highway 33 near Fox Lake was hit especially hard with numerous trees blocking the road. He adds that power lines also were down across the region. The Sheriff says that they didn’t get many reports of home damage. They did take a few reports of trees falling onto homes and one home had a power line down at their front door. He said there was flooding in the county including near Highway 33 and 67 and on Highway 68 near Waupun. Schmidt says that they called in extra dispatchers to handle the uptick in calls. There were no series injuries reported.
