(Dodge County) Vehicle sales in Dodge County for the first eleven months of the year saw an increase over 2020. According to figures release by the Waterloo-based industry tracking firm Reg-Trak, there were 2,916 trucks sold in Dodge County from January through November, an increase of point-eight-percent. At the same time, there were 347 cars sold, a jump of over six-percent. Overall, sales were up 1.3-percent to roughly 32-hundred vehicles. In Columbia County, there were 23-hundred vehicle sales through last month for an increase of five-percent. Truck sales were up nearly five-percent while car sales were up eight-percent. Jefferson County saw over 24-hundred car and light trucks roll off dealer lots, an overall increase of 13-percent from last year. For the nine-county, south-central Wisconsin region as a whole, there were 39-thousand vehicle sales over the eleven month period, an increase of three-percent. Car sales were down at 5,960 while truck sales were up with 33,502.
