Dodge County Public Health Holding Youth Vaccine Clinics

(Juneau) The Dodge County Public Health is hosting youth Pfizer COVID vaccine clinics the rest of the week. The clinics will begin today for those aged 12 and up and will run through Friday. Each clinic will be open from 3:30pm to 6pm or until doses run out. Today’s clinic will be at the Human and Services and Health Department Building on 199 County Road DF in Juneau. Tomorrow’s will be at the Hustisford High School Gymnasium at 845 South Lake Street with Friday’s at the Mayville High School Gymnasium at 500 North Clark Street. A parent or legal guardian must be present for those aged 18 or younger. Dodge County Health Officer Abby Sauer says while the clinics are meant to help get more shots in arms of area youth the public is also welcomed. She says the second dose of the Pfizer vaccine would be administered three weeks after receiving the first shot. Appointments will guarantee a vaccine shot but walk-ins are also welcomed.
