Dodge County Fairest Of The Fair Seeking Applications

(Dodge County) The reigning Dodge County Fairest of the Fair says her experience in the past year has given her new life skills and friendships. Haley Justmann says all of the scholarships and perks associated with being Fairest are only some of the initial benefits. She says it has also helped her reach personal goals and make new connections. Her outgoing personality has always allowed her to speak easily with people and build relationships. But this unique role has made her tremendously more comfortable being in front of an audience, complete public speaking engagements, learned etiquette and allowed her to make new local and regional connections. Justmann says she is willing to “take more risks and put herself out there to help make this community an even better place.” Applications are being accepted through June 16 for the “2019 Dodge County Fairest of the Fair” contest. The Fair Association is looking for girls age 18 as of January 2020 to represent Dodge county in media and promotional events at the fair and other summer events.  The winner would also serve as the 2019 Fair Hostess and plan the 2020 competition. In addition, the Fairest will have the opportunity to participate in the 2020 Wisconsin Fairest of the Fairs contest at the Wisconsin Association of Fairs Annual Convention.
