Mexican Hot Cocoa Mix
Whisk together 1 ½ c. sugar, 1 c. natural unsweetened cocoa powder, 1 tsp. each kosher salt and ground cinnamon and ¼ tsp. cayenne pepper in medium bowl. For each serving of cocoa, heat 1 c. whole milk just until hot; whisk in 2 Tbsp. hot cocoa mix until smooth. Makes 2 ½ c. mix.
