Cheese Noodle Ring 

1 (8 oz.) pkg. wide noodles

3 eggs

1 c. milk

2 c. grated sharp Cheddar cheese, divided

1 tsp. salt

Few grains pepper

Break noodles into 1” pieces; cook in boiling salted water until tender; drain. Rinse with cold water. Beat eggs. Scald milk; pour into beaten eggs; add to noodles with 1 ½ c. grated cheeses, salt & pepper. Spoon into well greased ring mold; set in pan of hot water. Bake at 325° for 45 minutes. Loosen with spatula. Unmold on baking sheet. Sprinkle with remaining cheese; run under broiler until cheese browns. Slide ring onto serving plate; fill center with creamed fish or vegetables. Yield: 6 servings.
