(Juneau) Those interested in filling a vacancy on the Dodge County board have until Monday to submit a letter of interest. The District 29 seat was held by Dan Hilbert. In a letter to county leaders, Hilbert said that he has plans on moving to the south for the winter months and feels being gone that long interferes with his activities on the board. He says he has enjoyed his time on the board and will miss his fellow supervisors and the employees of Dodge County. The seat consists of wards five through eight in the city of Beaver Dam. The board chairman will appoint the replacement with confirmation by county supervisors. The term will run until April 16th or 2024. More information can be found at DailyDodge.com. // Interested individuals of the district should submit a letter of interest to Dave Frohling at 127 East Oak Street, Juneau, Wi 53039 by Monday, December 19th.
