De Pere Man Sentenced On Felony Fleeing Charges In Dodge County Court

(Emmett) A De Pere man has been found guilty of running from Dodge County authorities. Jordan Feemster entered a no contest plea to a felony count of Fleeing and a misdemeanor charge of Resisting. He was sentenced to 10 months in jail with work release privileges and was placed on probation for three years.

A license plate camera reader hit on a vehicle heading south on Highway 151 in May that was registered to Feemster – who was wanted out of Shawano County on Attempted Homicide charges. Dodge County sheriff’s deputies were dispatched to the area and located the suspect vehicle, which accelerated away at high speeds.

During the pursuit, Feemster was clocked going 127-miles-per-hour and cut in between two vehicles. Law enforcement noted that his actions while driving almost caused multiple collisions. The vehicle came to a stop before Highway 16, after fleeing for approximately 3.3-miles. The 31-year-old ran on foot a short distance before being taken into custody.
