DCCA Hosting Community Art Nights

(Beaver Dam) The Dodge County Center for the Arts is hosting a community art night. Every month is a different art project. Kraig Kasten recently talked about what they worked on during their December class.

“This month we’re actually doing a simple one because of the holidays,” Kasten says. “We’re making snowflake art out of clothes pins. So, you basically glue a bunch of together and then you can paint them, glitter them, or you know, color them with a marker. Whatever makes you happy.”

Kasten also highlights some projects that have been done in the past.

“One month we did, we painted boards for the Halloween, for Downtown Fall Fest,” says Kasten.

Community art nights are held every Thursday of each month from 4pm-7pm at the Dodge County Center for the Arts. There is no cost, no age limit, and no artistic skill level required.
