Cooling Centers Help Beat The Heat In Columbia County

(Columbia County) With hotter than normal temperatures anticipated Tuesday, Columbia County Emergency Manager Bob Koch is asking the community to work together to avoid any deaths or injuries as a result of the hot weather. In addition to staying hydrated, staying cool is highly recommended, and if you don’t have an air conditioner, Koch recommends some facilities throughout the county utilized as cooling centers.
