7/7/11 – Columbus Clerk Anne Donahue received a letter of commendation at this week’s Council meeting. Donahue has worked for the City since 1976. Current Mayor Bob Link is the 15th Columbus Mayor that Donahue has worked with. Mayor Link praised Donahue for her ability to answer questions about running a municipal government for both elected officials and City residents. An August 2 City Hall celebration of Donahue’s service is being planned. However, the City Clerk made it clear that the 35 year mark does NOT mean she’s leaving.
