Clyman Woman Seriously Injured By Bull

(Clyman) A Town of Clyman woman was seriously injured in a farm accident yesterday (Wednesday). Authorities responded to W6090 Train Road around 5:30pm. Fire Chief Eric Howlett says Tena Borchardt, the owner of the farm, was found by family members in a cow yard. The 56-year-old was apparently severely injured after being trampled by a bull dairy cow. Howlett says it is unknown how long she had been injured because no one else witnessed what happened. Borchardt was initially able to get herself out of the area were the bull was located. Flight For Life was immediately dispatched to the scene due to the severity of her injuries. She was transported by air to Aurora Summit Hospital.
