Clyman Man Found Guilty For Tavern Break-In

(Clyman) A Clyman man was found guilty Tuesday of burglarizing a bar in Clyman. 22-year-old Kaleb Reardon entered a no contest plea to a felony count of Burglary. 19-year-old Matthew Schneider, also from Clyman, was given two years’ probation for his role in the crime. On March 31, a Dodge County Sheriff’s deputy was dispatched to Mercer T’s after a relative of the owners reported a break-in. A window on a door was smashed causing roughly $100 in damage. Alcohol, cigarettes and a money jar were taken, totaling over $400. The relative named Schneider as a suspect and he is roommates with Reardon. Authorities obtained a search warrant and found many of the missing items inside of Reardon’s apartment. A pre-sentencing investigation was ordered and Reardon is due back in court on October 25.
