The City Council has approved a resolution to work towards developing a regional wastewater system between the City of Columbus and Village of Fall River. The Council agreed with recommendations from City and Village engineers. The reports recommend joining and upgrading the two wastewater systems to meet DNR environmental requirements for the next 20 years. After Fall River signs a similar agreement the Village hopes to secure partial funding for the project from the U S D A.
