(Eden) An undetermined number of cattle perished in a barn fire in the township of Eden Tuesday afternoon. Fond du Lac County sheriff’s deputies were dispatched to N4334 Pine Road just before 3:30pm.
The barn was fully engulfed when authorities arrived on scene. The fire started on the western end of the structure and quickly spread. The barn was a total loss. There were no injuries reported. The cause of the blaze is under investigation.
