(Cambria) A Cambria man is facing charges of eighth offense Operating While Intoxicated following a single-vehicle weekend crash. Authorities in Columbia County responded to reports of a vehicle sideways in a ditch on State Highway 146, Near Shady Lane, in the Town of Fountain Prairie around 7:15pm Saturday. A caller to dispatch had given the driver a ride home. Robert Koehler was identified as the driver of both vehicles. In addition to picking up his eighth OWI, the 56-year-old was also charged with Operating With Open Intoxicants and Failing To Maintain Control of his Vehicle.
