Brownsville Man Accused Of Possessing Illicit Images Of Children

(Brownsville) A Brownsville man has been charged with possessing illicit content of children. Dylan Rieman is facing ten counts of Child Pornography.

A Dodge County sheriff’s deputy began investigating a Cybertip that a user on the social media platform Snapchat uploaded illegal images. According to the complaint, the account was tied back to Rieman. A search warrant was executed in January and multiple devices belonging to Rieman were seized.

When questioned, Rieman allegedly admitted that unknown people would send him links containing child pornography and that he traded the illegal content with others. He also reportedly said he used the online chat website Omegle to view child porn.

If convicted, the 25-year-old faces up to 250 years in prison. An initial appearance is scheduled for July 25th.
