The Beaver Dam High School has named Brock Linde the interim head football coach for the 2020 season. Linde, a Beaver Dam 2004 BDHS grad, has been and assistant on the football staff and has served as offensive coordinator the past 4+ seasons.
Linde says that for the Beavers to be successful everyone needs to increase their commitment with strength and conditioning being a large priority. He adds that goals for the program include; winning games and be competitive, be humble and be quality student-athletes on and off the field.
Linde says he knows Beaver Dam has committed kids, they have a committed community and a committed school where everyone is on the same page to push the program in the right direction. He says this is a dream come true for him, he’s humbled to have the opportunity and hopes to be on the Golden Beavers sidelines for many years to come.
Linde takes over for Steve Kuenzi who stepped down after the 2019 season. Last season the Golden Beavers were 2-7 overall and 2-5 in the Badger North which tied them for 5th place.
