Bond Set At $100K For Whitewater Man Accused Of Assaulting A Dodge County Minor

(Juneau) Cash bond was set at $100-thousand-dollars Friday for a Whitewater man accused of assaulting a minor in Dodge County. Cristhiam Martinez Games is facing a felony charge of Second Degree Sexual Assault of a Child. The defendant was originally facing a Class B Felony of First Degree Sexual Assault of a Child By Use of Threat or Force but that charge was reduced Friday.

According to the criminal complaint, Martinez Games entered the 14-year-old victim’s home in Juneau sometime before 3am Tuesday and assaulted her. The victim’s parents arrived home from work together and allegedly saw Martinez Games leaving their home. The father pursued Martinez Games in his vehicle but stopped because he said he was reaching speeds of 85-miles-per-hour.

If convicted, the 20-year-old faces up to 25-years-in prison. A preliminary hearing is scheduled for May 5th.
