Bond Set At $1-Million For Fond Du Lac Man Charged With Homicide

(Fond du Lac) Cash bond was set at $1-million-dollars Wednesday for a Fond du Lac man accused of shooting and killing another person last month. Timothy Brown made his initial appearance in court on felony charges of First-Degree Intentional Homicide – Use of a Dangerous Weapon and Possess a Firearm as a Convicted Felon.

Brown was taken into custody last week in connection to the killing of 40-year-old Brandon Johnson. Brown allegedly confronted Johnson outside a bar during the early morning hours on August 20th. The 32-year-old reportedly shot Johnson four times after an argument in the 200 block of Marquette Street.

State prosecutors say when authorities searched Brown’s home they found clothes that matched the ones he was wearing the night the incident occurred. They also discovered a pair of shoes that allegedly had the victim’s blood on it.

A preliminary hearing is scheduled for next Friday, September 9th.
