The Beaver Dam Wildfire 10U girls youth hockey team blew by the competition at the WAHA 10U Girls Class B State Championships this weekend at Spooner, Wisconsin.
The Wildfire girls used a five goal 2nd period to run away from Tomah 10-0 in Sunday’s State Championship Game. Maggie Loeffelholz had a hat trick while Skyler Mueller and Alanna Hanni each added two goals in the title game. Piper Johnson, Madison Waler and Zoe Ruis all found the back of the net for the Wildfire on Sunday. Shelby Stone made one save in net for the Wildfire.
Beaver Dam advanced to the championship with wins over Sauk Prairie and Spooner on Saturday.
