Here’s a look at what happened in Beaver Dam Youth Baseball the week of May 17th…

Orioles-8 Brewers-0

Double A (9-10 year olds)

Brewers-5 Astors-5

Pirates-10 Angels-5

Red Sox-9 A’s-7

The pitching of Micah Ratajczak and defense of Danile Ebner led to the win for the Red Sox.

Triple A (11-12 year olds)

Padres-7 Marlins-5

A late inning comeback by the Marlins was thwarted by the clutch hitting of the Padres Tegan Cabreda and relief pitching by Ashtyn Seifert.

Cardinals-3 Pirates-3

The steller fielding of Landon Leisses and solid relief pitching of Jaxon Ladron kept the game even for the Pirates.

Beaver Dam-17 Cottage Grove-12

A 3-run homer by Joey DiStefano was more than enough offense to lead the Bevers over Cottage Grove in the home opener of league play on Monday night at the Athletic Field.
