Beaver Dam Man Sentenced For Trafficking Methamphetamine

(Beaver Dam) A Beaver Dam man was sentenced Wednesday to seven-and-a-half years in prison and five years of extended supervision for selling meth. It took a Dodge County jury less than 30 minutes in November to return a guilty verdict against Chad Jeche on felony charges of Delivery of Methamphetamine and Bail Jumping. The 35-year-old was arrested in March of 2017 after selling one-point-six grams of the drug to an undercover agent with the Dodge County Drug Task Force. He has a criminal record dating back nearly 20 years with 14 prior criminal convictions. District Attorney Kurt Klomberg says (quote) “Jeche is the kind of individual who is not interested in following any of the rules of society.” In handing down the sentence, Judge Steven Bauer called him a high risk to society.
