(Evansville) Cash bond was set at $3500 yesterday Tuesday in a Rock County courtroom for a Beaver Dam man accused of forcing himself on a woman against her will. Tyler Brazee is facing misdemeanor charges of Lewd and Lascivious Behavior, Fourth Degree Sexual Assault, Disorderly Conduct and Battery. According to a press release from the Evansville Police Department, officers were called to a residence Sunday afternoon around 2pm by a female claiming she was the victim of a sexual assault and battery. The preliminary investigation indicated that Brazee had followed the victim home from Janesville and attempted to assault her at the residence. The 32-year-old fled the scene and was subsequently apprehended in Beaver Dam, with help from the Beaver Dam Police Department. Brazee is due back in court later this month.
