Beaver Dam Man Accused Of Walking Down Street With Pants Down

(Beaver Dam) A Beaver Dam man is accused of exposing himself in public. Michael Kostolni is facing misdemeanor charges of Lewd Behavior and Disorderly Conduct. On June 19, a Dodge County Sheriff’s deputy was asked to follow up on a disorderly conduct complaint that happened four days earlier. Dispatch reportedly fielded calls that a while male was walking along South Spring Street in Beaver Dam with his pants down, exposing himself to traffic. It was also reported that the individual punched a car. Beaver Dam police made contact with Kostolni, who was also wanted for a probation warrant, and placed him under arrest. While being interviewed, Kostolni allegedly admitted to being in the area that day but denied exposing himself or punching a vehicle. If convicted, the 59-year-old faces over nine months in prison.
