4/16/17 – The Beaver Dam Community Hospital has implemented a new learning system in an effort to improve resuscitation outcomes and training efficiency. It is called the American Heart Association’s Resuscitation Quality Improvement program aimed at teaching health care providers how to preform CPR at an advanced level and prevent natural skill decline that can occur after traditional CPR training. Those enrolled will complete online cognitive modules and have the opportunity to preform high quality compressions and ventilations with personalized feedback. They also get a CPR card that is valid for as long as they remain enrolled in the program. For more information on the program call 887-4121.
