Beaver Dam Drops Regular Season Finale

The Beaver Dam High School football team dropped their regular season finale to Badger Large champ Waunakee 42-0 on a Homecoming Friday night.   The defending WIAA Division Two state champs outscored outgained the Golden Beavers 454-114 on the day. 

The Warriors built a 35-0 lead at the break that included Warriors QB Garrett Lenzendorf tossing a pair of TD passes to David Emerich (32 yards, 29 yards) and also ran for a TD.  Junior Sebastion Rasmussen also ran for a pair of Warrior scores.

Beaver Dam senior Kyler Keel caught three passes for 63 yards, while Camron Mendoza carried the ball 12 times for 25 yards.

Beaver Dam’s season ends at 2-7 while Waunakee heads to the postseason at 9-0.
