(Beaver Dam) Beaver Dam Community Hospitals will no longer retain their longtime Chief Executive Officer. The hospital’s board of directors decided that Kim Miller’s last day at the hospital was Monday. Board Chairman Jim Kirsch says the hospital will no longer require a CEO following their decision to affiliate with Marshfield Clinic Health System. Kirsch says the board greatly appreciates Miller’s leadership which has positioned the organization for ongoing success. He adds during Miller’s 12 years as CEO, she has taken a community hospital and built a true health system that has expanded access to health care in the region.
