(Beaver Dam) The name is changing for the Beaver Dam Community Hospital. As of today, the new name will be Marshfield Medical Center – Beaver Dam. Marshfield Clinic Health System completed its affiliation with the Beaver Dam facility in the spring. The rebranding will be a gradual process through March which will include sign, wayfinding and logo changes throughout the organization.
While the name will change, there will be no name change in the name for the Vita Park Medical Clinics building. There will also be no name change for the Remembrance Home, Hillside Manor, Hillside Homecare, Hillside Hospice, Eagle’s Wings, Advanced Pain Management, Kids Care or Stone Terrace.
The Beaver Dam Community Hospital Medical Clinics in Beaver Dam, Columbus, Horicon, Juneau and Waupun will all see name changes. So, for example, the medical clinic in Horicon will now be known as the Marshfield Medical Center – Beaver Dam – Horicon Center.
BDCH Surgical Specialists is now the Marshfield Medical Center – Beaver Dam – Surgical Specialists. The BDCH Sleep Center is now the Marshfield Medical Center – Beaver Dam – Sleep Center. And finally, the BDCH Institute for Movement and Orthopedics is now the Marshfield Medical Center – Beaver Dam – Institute for Movement and Orthopedics.
