BDLIA Offering Free Pontoon Rides At Beaver Dam Lake Days

(Beaver Dam) The Beaver Dam Lake Improvement Association is offering free pontoon boat rides to area residents during Lake Days.  The event sponsored by the BDLIA is offered to give residents of the area, and those attending Lake Days a better understanding of the impact the lake has upon the community.  President of the BDLIA Bill Boettge gave details on the event, saying that it is a really exciting and fun event for the citizens of Beaver Dam and anyone who is attending Lake Days.   Each ride lasts about 25 minutes with about 8 passengers being taken along the lake shore and out into the lake.  Boettge says he is amazed at the number of residents who haven’t ever been out on the lake, and hopes that these rides will show them what an asset Beaver Dam Lake is to the community. Those wishing to enjoy a pontoon boat ride can visit the BDLIA tent on Saturday July 7th and sign up for tickets.  The cost is free, but tickets are limited.  Rides will begin at 10am till 2pm, and again from 4pm till 7.
