BDHS Girls & Boys Hoops Win….Boys & Girls Hockey Drops Games

The Beaver Dam girls basketball team improved to 11-0 on the season with a hard fought 72-62 win at Waupun on Tuesday night.  Natalie Jens led BD with 22 while Gabby Wilke added 15 and Avery Stonewall 11.  Illinois State recruit Abbie Aalsma led Waupun with 29 points.  Freshman Kayl Petersen added 15.  Beaver Dam heads to South Milwaukee on Tuesday afternoon while Waupun will host Marshall Tuesday night.

The Beaver Dam boys basketball team improved to 8-0 on the season with a 64-45 win at Sauk Prairie on Tuesday night.  Ty Bunkoske led the Beavers with 18.  Brady Helbing added 16 and Nate Abel 15 in the win.  Beaver Dam will host Oshkosh North on January 29th.

Neenah jumped out to a 3-0 lead on the Beaver Dam boys hockey team after one period and rolled to the 7-2 win on Friday night in the Fox Valley.  Brady Shaw and Gavin Hearley scored the Golden Beaver goals. The Beaver Dam girls hockey team dropped a 7-0 decision to Brookfield on Tuesday night at the Family Center.  Karlee Albert made 29 saves for the Golden Beavers. Beaver Dam is off until January 5th when they travel to Baraboo for a matchup with the Badger Lightning.
