Authorities Identify Those Involved In A Town Of Emmet Crash That Killed Two People

(Watertown) Authorities have identified the two people killed in a three-vehicle accident Sunday evening in the Town of Emmet. The Dodge County Sheriff’s Office says a GMC Jimmy driven by 60-year-old Gloria Batzler of Watertown was traveling eastbound in the westbound lane of County Highway R. Batzler struck a westbound Ford Ranger head-on, that was driven by 62-year-old Curtis Wolter of Hustisford. A westbound Chevrolet Trailblazer driven by 53-year-old Rachel Jeske of Lebanon then struck both vehicles. Batzler and Wolter were both pronounced dead at the scene by the Dodge County Medical Examiner. There were no other passengers in either of those vehicles but there were three people inside the Trailblazer. Jeske along with 55-year-old Kelly Jeske and 26-year-old Christa Fletcher all sustained non-life-threatening injuries and were transported to Aurora Medical Center in Summit.
