(Hustisford) Authorities have identified the village of Hustisford man pronounced dead at the scene of a single-vehicle accident in the town of Hustisford early Saturday morning. John Muth was driving a car that was southbound on County Highway E when his vehicle left the roadway, drove through ditches, crossed over Highway 60, crashed through a fence, and came to rest after striking a storage container. The 64-year-old, who was the lone occupant, was found unresponsive and life-saving attempts were made by numerous medical personnel. Ultimately, he was pronounced dead at the scene.
