GLENN’S “NO-FAIL” BONELESS PRIME RIB

Glenn’s Market, Watertown

Purchase your boneless prime rib roast, seasoned from Glenn’s Market. (The seasoning contains no MSG or gluten). Order about ¾ pound per person.

Place prime rib roast in shallow pan. Place in 400° oven seven (7) hours before you plan on serving dinner.

If prime rib is 6 pounds or less, leave oven on for 40 minutes.

If more than 6 pounds, leave oven on for 1 hour.

Turn oven OFF, leaving prime rib in oven.

One hour before you plan to eat, turn oven to 325° and cook at this temperature for one hour.

Glenn says people are afraid to make a boneless prime rib because they’re afraid of ruining it by either overcooking or undercooking.
