(Manchester) A 14-month-old Amish child was killed over the weekend after being struck by a wagon in the town of Manchester. Green Lake County authorities responded to the address on State Highway 44 on Saturday just before noon. The individual who reported the incident said the child was not breathing and CPR was being performed. Hannah Miller was transported by Markesan Ambulance to ThedaCare at Berlin where she was later pronounced deceased. Chief Deputy Sheriff Mark Putzke says while charges are not expected to be filed, the investigation remains on-going. Assisting at the scene were the Kinston First Responders Unit, Southern Green Lake County Ambulance and the Green Lake County Coroner.
