(LITTLE ROCK, Ark.) Gary Day’s federal trial in Arkansas is delayed until Jan. 20. Day faces multiple federal felony charges in Arkansas after he and the girl he’s accused of taking from Beaver Dam were found in Nebraska last spring.
The girl is now 17 and back in Beaver Dam. Day is believed to be the father of the child she’s carrying. Day faces four felony counts of child enticement and abduction in Dodge County. Day also faces criminal complaints in Vermont and Indiana.
