(Juneau) The Dodge County Aging and Disability Resource Center is highlighting an upcoming workshop for caregivers. Powerful Tools for Caregivers is an educational workshop series designed to provide tools people need to take care of themselves. The Dodge County Aging and Disability Resource Center say if you take good care of yourself, you will be better prepared to take good care of your loved one. As a participant, you will learn how to reduce stress, improve self-confidence, better communicate your feelings, balance your life, increase your ability to make tough decisions and locate helpful resources. Classes consist of six, one-and-a-half-hour sessions held once a week. Two experienced leaders conduct each class. Sessions are scheduled every Wednesday and begin on October 20th until November 24th. Classes will be held virtually via ZOOM from noon to 1:30pm.
