Experience:
Minimum 2 year accounting degree with experience
Knowledge of the Ag Industry preferred but not required.

Job Responsibilities:
Performing as a Corporate Accounting Manager, which includes, but not limited to, the responsibilities of all corporate and profit center accounting practices for GL/AR/AP/OE/PO/IC/PR, financial reporting, payroll, human resources as well as other standard corporate required business functions and reporting. Work with administrative professional staff for all locations. Business Management duties include assisting in the reporting and analysis of: financial information, overhead budget management, payroll, growth planning, asset management, employee and department accountability, job costing, commissions, and customer service management.

Job Requirements:
• Minimum 2-year accounting degree
• Business accounting work experience
• Proficient with Microsoft Windows and Office software products
• Proficient in business ERP type accounting software (Currently Dynamics GP with SalesPad)
• Attention to details, process, documentation and commitment to accuracy oriented
• Data oriented, analytical and problem solving driven
• Self-motivated and ability to work independently.
• Excellent time management and organizational skills
• Ability to multitask
• High level of customer service skills including in person, electronically, and/or by phone.
• Excellent communication and employee management skills
• Required to display a high degree of professionalism, work ethic, excellent attendance, teamwork attitude, and perform at a high level of efficiency.
