| Job Title LPN & RN Supervisors Company or Organization Clearview Location Juneau Website http://www.co.dodge.wi.gov Job Description RN and LPN Positions We are currently hiring for LPN and RN Supervisors **Full-Time and Part-Time PM and NOC Positions Available Starting Wage for LPN – $24.09 – $32.28/hour Starting Wage for RN Supervisors – $33.20 – $44.58/hour **Also Eligible for a $2.00 Shift Differential and $3.00/hour Weekend Pay LPN POSITION SUMMARY This position provides medical care for residents to assure the highest degree of quality resident care is maintained at all times within a safe environment; assists with activities of daily living, offers emotional and social support, and attends residents overall physical comfort and wellbeing; also provides communication between medical providers, family members, and facility team for coordination of care. RN SUPERVISOR POSITION SUMMARY This position oversees and supervises nursing services for residents to assure the highest degree of quality resident care is maintained at all times within a safe environment; assists with activities of daily living, offers emotional and social support, and attends resident’s overall physical comfort and wellbeing; also provides communication between medical providers, family members, and facility team for coordination of care.
