(Beaver Dam) Another milestone for the WBEV/WXRO Children’s Radiothon surpassing the $2-million-dollar mark. Good Karma Brands CEO Craig Karmazin announced the fundraising total Friday morning following the 27-hour marathon broadcast saying that the event brought-in $127,350.48. That brings the 22-year-total to $2-million-123-thousand-574-dollars. Noel’s Angel Walk, organized by Scott and Lori Smith in memory of their one-year-old daughter, raised $8800 and their son Nate’s Lemonade Stand added another $1000 to the total. The Radiothon benefits 14 local charities that work with kids. Last year, there was $136,311.94 collected.
